Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please email us at sanosprestigeinc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened oils. However, if you received the wrong item or your item is unused and unopened, we will accept a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
